The Dutch manager is close to joining Manchester United in the summer and wants to bring one of his geniuses along with him.
United’s hierarchy are moving in advance stages of recruiting a new permanent manager to take over next season, with Ten Hag now being a massive favorite.
Meanwhile, reports close to Ajax have claimed that the Dutch want to bring one of his emerging center-back to Old Trafford, according to Mike Verweij.
Erik ten Hag wants to sign Ajax's Jurrien Timber for Manchester United if he becomes the new manager.

Jurrien Timber has been growing as an upcoming top-draw center back at the Johan Cryuff Arena and has impressed his current manager in the Eredivise.
Who is Jurrien Timber? And is he ready to compete in the Premier League?
The youngster was promoted to Netherland’s powerhouse’s first team two years ago by Ten Hag’s after watching him flourishing under the B-team.
Timber is a ball-playing center back who is very sounded technically and have also played in other position(right-back) at the backline.
After consistently giving great performances in the Dutch League, the defender has earned a spot in the Holland national squad.
Given his exceptional talent on the ball, the 20-year-old has already been in the majority of Ajax’s games and is clearly ready to take the next step in his career.
Jurrien Timber 🇳🇱 is one of the top 5% centre-backs in Europe, especially on the ball.
Passing, technique, vision, Football IQ, dribbling, anticipation, pace, and so many other strengths.
Top talent. Also, his brother Quinten has been doing very well for Utrecht this season. pic.twitter.com/fW15lI8Au2

For many United fans, the intensity of the Premier League will be a deciding factor in whether or not the player is suitable to play.
Nonetheless, his Champions League experience cannot be underestimated, as the young Dutch international has played 90 minutes in seven of his eight appearances this season.
Timber’s aerial skill is particularly noteworthy, as he has scored three headed goals and added one assist this season.
A clear run into the English first division, on the other hand, would be something to consider, but there is no reason to believe that, under the tutelage of his current management, the player will develop into a world-beater in the future.
Manchester United already has players departing the club through the exit door, such as Eric Baily and Phil Jones, who will be needed to fill up the void.
And with players like Raphael Varane, who has accomplished everything in the game, United’s board of directors must make sure to sign the Dutch duo before the new season begins.
Odds of signing the center-half
We have gone with a 6/10 ratio
The possibility of signing the duo is not a significant one as reports around the British media have said the club has prioritized a center-forward and a midfielder over other positions.

A price of around 30m will be enough for Sporting Director and Ex-Red Devil Edwin Van de Sar to release the player.
Though we feel that there is a 60% chance of the player making the switch from Amsterdam to Manchester.
If CEO Richard Arnold goes with the Dutch coach, the chances could rise even more as United will be needing to add another profile in the back four.
